Gallery Simon is pleased to present Sekyung Lee's solo exhibition <The Nature of Line> from June 9 to July 23, 2022. Lee, who has been using hair to deal with the gap between beauty and discomfort, wonder and fear, focuses solely on the formative elements of the material in the exhibition. The hair, which is reverted to lines, extends its possibilities beyond special materiality into the aesthetic realm. What is piled as the material's soft nature leads resembles the nature, or the shapes of the cells that form us.
